Proper Condenser Cleaning
We clean condenser coils from the inside out—where the real dirt hides. Surface rinses miss packed debris that blocks airflow, raises pressures, reduces efficiency, and overheats compressors. Proper inside-out cleaning restores performance and helps prevent major AC repairs.

Condensate drains remove about a gallon of water per hour on hot summer days. The drain is a cold dark wet place. Algae and microbial growth build up and eventually stop the drain up and lead to thousands of dollars in damage cause unwanted ac repair and electrical damage. Sadly enough, this is preventable Blu will clear your drains on every ac maintenance visit as well as flush it with 2 gallons of water, we then add a drain cleaning solution. We find this frequently during our first visit of a new agreement we were able to remove the growth and add an air cleaner (Iwave-R) to aide in the prevention of future growth. . The evaporator Coil (indoor Coil) is cleaned in the spring as part of your spring ac maintenance . A foaming cleaner is applied to your ac coils and allowed to penetrate the dirt and debris. After allowing the coil cleaner to soak into the coils, the cleaner goes to work powering through the interior of the coils and flushing out dirt debris and most importantly microbial growth. The debris exits through the condensate drain. The primary drain pan and piping are flushed with 2 gallons of water and a drain gel is added to help breakdown build-up. As Part of your spring ac maintenance Blu will remove all accessible debris from the interior of the cabinet. The drain ports on the bottom of the condenser will be flushed for proper drainage to help prevent premature rusting and damage to the coils and ultimately unwanted ac repairs. Then Drip and the boys go to work on the interior of the coils flushing out all debris . This debris causes the system to operate outside of manufacturers perimeters and can lead to premature compressor failure. Electrical Checkup
During your ac maintenance and heating maintenance Blu measures and records the operating amperage's and voltages of every electrical component . If parts are found to be out of tolerance we will bring this to your attention and quote you on replacing the part to avoid an ac repair that usually happens when your system is working its hardest to keep you cool.
