The Mechanical Requirements: Service Mechanic

Must work safe at all times
Working electrical knowledge as it pertains to HVAC
Compressor diagnostics
Diagnostics of metering devices
Airflow and how it effects system operation
Correct flow and fall of condensate drains
Furnace diagnostics and repair
Understanding of the importance and value of preventative maintenance.
Working knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and how to diagnose utilizing it.

You Must: (NON Negotiable)

Be Drug-Free (pre-hire and random drug screens)

Pass a background check

Have A clean driving record

Work Full Time (flexible schedules available)

Mechanical Requirements: APPRENTICE

You must posses a willingness to learn
You must be coachable
You must be punctual
You must be a problem solver
Take learning seriously

Basically, We can tech you the mechanics of the profession, We can't teach you to be a good person. You have to bring that skill with you.
